We understand the importance of staying mobile. That's why we've made significant investments in our dealer network and parts distribution to ensure you're never stranded. Here's how we keep you moving:
GUARANTEED MOBILITY WITH OEM PARTS
For vehicles under warranty, if your vehicle requires Original Equipment (OE) parts or diagnostics that are unavailable at a Stellantis authorised dealer workshop within 48 hours a courtesy car will be provided within 4 hours of the approval.
*Use of a courtesy /rental car will be subject to terms and conditions including where applicable, those of the vehicle rental company
MOBILITY DURING MAJOR REPAIRS
For vehicles under warranty, in the event of a collision or major repairs undertaken by an Approved Repairer and Original Equipment (OE) parts or technical assistance are unavailable 30 days after approval for the repair, Stellantis will provide you with a courtesy car. Additionally, upon completion of repairs, your vehicle will receive a Quality Check Certificate to guarantee it meets manufacturer standards.
