PEUGEOT SA has launched an innovative and technologically advanced mobile App - “MYPEUGEOT”
This pioneering mobile App allows Peugeot owners to extend their driving experience and all related connected services within a unique App accessible anywhere, anytime, to make the most of your PEUGEOT.
MYPEUGEOT App is designed to enhance customer experience and engagement.
A user-friendly smartphone Application for customers. Available across the Peugeot range of cars, the MYPEUGEOT App offers dozens of features to customers. These include access to service history of vehicles, personalised reminders & notifications, online after-sales service appointments, interactive user manual for vehicles, easy access to dealerships & customer care.
It is easy to set up. To enjoy the full benefits, drivers just need to download MYPEUGEOT App onto their iOS or Android platform.
On first use, all that is needed is a VIN number and a valid email address to get started. Once in the car, drivers can simply connect their smartphones via Bluetooth® to the App to receive information directly from the car.
From the homepage of the MYPEUGEOT App essential data about the car will be found such as fuel usage, average consumption and mileage. In case of any technical issues with the car, an alert will be displayed on the homepage.
Drivers can also easily search and contact a local Peugeot Dealer or workshop and reach the Peugeot Customer Care team. Appointments can be made, a quote can be requested and the dealerships’ location, opening times and available services can be found.
At the end of any trip, the car sends data to the MYPEUGEOT App - including fuel consumption, potential technical alerts, maintenance or servicing alerts or navigation destination. The location of the parked PEUGEOT can be also be saved and will be displayed on a map along with the driver’s current location, helping the him/her to find the car more easily when ready to return home.
In the maintenance section, drivers can see any service, MOT or maintenance appointments that have already taken place, as well as information of any future maintenance required and any repairs that are needed following an alert from the car.
Drivers can contact a Peugeot Dealer to carry out maintenance or repairs and even book an appointment online. Once this has been done, the information can be entered on the App and an electronic service history of your vehicle will be kept.

The MYPEUGEOT App assists in managing your journey.
All details about your journey are found in one click. Drivers will have access to their dashboard and can use time filters to display their journeys. Information on the duration of the journey, the distance travelled, average speed, fuel consumption and the cost of the different journeys will be displayed.
Different categories can be created to choose the type of journey, for example to distinguish whether it is a business or leisure trip allowing drivers to optimise and log the trips made.
In the car section of the App the VIN number and the mileage of the car can be seen. Drivers can type in or modify the price of fuel in their area and have access to all connected services.
Should drivers receive an alert on their car and are not sure what it corresponds to, this is where all the information needed about warning lights can be found.
Drivers can discover when the issue has been detected, some details about it and how to solve it. They will simply click on the related symbol shown to find an explanation and what to do about it.
In addition, the MYPEUGEOT App gives the latest Peugeot news, aftersales offers, events and competitions, making sure Peugeot Drivers are kept up-to-date on all-things Peugeot.
All the latest PEUGEOT models are compatible with the MYPEUGEOT mobile App. However, if the PEUGEOT is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) will not be displayed.
Drivers however can still enjoy the other features of the App.
