Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these competition rules and agree to them.

Peugeot South Africa is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
5. The prize draw is open to all residents in the South Africa, Namibia, Botswana & Swaziland aged 18 or over except employees of Peugeot South Africa, their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
6. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to alter the prizes without notice.
7. Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.
8. The winners will be picked randomly from the eligible list of entrants to the competition.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date.
10. The prize winner will need to respond within one week of receiving the email as to whether they are able to accept the prize. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining list of eligible entries.
11. Peugeot South Africa's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this prize draw at any time.
13. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7)      Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to disqualify a winner/s if the competition winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the announcement of the competition winner and the runner up will become the replacement winner.  In such circumstances, the replacement winner shall be contacted by Peugeot South Africa as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to Peugeot South Africa in the manner set out in such a message.  In the event that the replacement winner fails to respond to Peugeot South Africa as required then the provisions of this clause shall apply to a new replacement winner in the same manner.

9) The decision of Peugeot South Africa is final and Peugeot South Africa shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.  Peugeot South Africa accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered.
10) Peugeot South Africa shall not be liable for any disruption to the competition, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.  In the event of any disruption to the competition Peugeot South Africa shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy the disruption and resume the competition on a fair and equitable basis to the entrants.
11) By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these Rules. Any breach of the Rules may, at Peugeot South Africa’s absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of the prize.
12) Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of South African residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize.  Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Peugeot South Africa.  In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
13) If for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Peugeot South Africa in relation to Peugeot South Africa's computer system and competition entry forms, as applicable, which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, Peugeot South Africa reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and (b) take any action that may be available including the termination, modification or suspension of the competition.
14) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law and in instances of gross negligence or wilful default by Peugeot South Africa , Peugeot South Africa (including its officers, employees and agents) is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss or opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a)       any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Peugeot South Africa ) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Peugeot South Africa ;
b)       any immaterial variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry;

1)      These are the rules for the entrance to the Johannesburg International Motorshow competition ("Rules").
Prizes
Prizes: Either a Spa or Round of Gold Voucher Nationwide. The first 79 correct entries drawn will entitle the winner to receive a voucher for either a spa or a round of golf.
2)      The competition will begin on 01 November 2011 and will close at 12h00 on 11 November 2011.
3)      The announcement of the winners will be made on 14 November 2011 and the winner will be contacted by email or telephonically.
4)      Winners will be sent an email to contact the call centre where he/she will notify the agent if the spa or round of golf voucher is preferred and the area they stay in.  A listing of all the spa’s or golf courses that’s participating in this competition will be sent to the winner together with a Peugeot Reference number.

This competition is conducted by Peugeot Citroën South Africa (Proprietary) Limited ("Peugeot South Africa") and is open to individuals who have a South African identity number, who are 18 years or older and are currently living in South Africa. 4. By entering this competition, you consent to become a subscriber to the Peugeot South Africa.com if you are not already a subscriber at no additional costs  and agree to receive communication from Peugeot South Africa which you may opt out or de-register from, at any time.
5. By entering the competition all participants and winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.  Entrants can only enter the Peugeot 107 competition once and entrance is free. Entrants can however increase their number of entries for the competition by an additional entry each if they are fans of the Peugeot SA Facebook page and subscribe to the Peugeot SA Twitter account.
6. The competition will begin on 16 September 2011 and will close at 12h00 on 30 September 2011.
7. The announcement of the winner of the grand prize, will be made at 12h00 on 7 October 2011 on Peugeot South Africa's website (www.peugeot.co.za) and the winner will be contacted telephonically and by email.
8. Peugeot South Africa will arrange the delivery of the prize as soon as the winner has been verified at the physical address provided by the winner. Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative.
9. Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of South African residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Peugeot South Africa.  In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to disqualify a winner/s if they do not respond to a telephone call and email within 24hrs of notification and randomly select by computer a replacement winner from the competition entries. In such circumstances, the replacement winner shall be contacted by Peugeot South Africa by telephone and email as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to Peugeot South Africa in the manner set out in such email. In the event that the replacement winner fails to respond to Peugeot South Africa as required then the provisions of this clause shall apply to a new replacement winner in the same manner.
11. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to substitute a prize with any other prize of equal value to the prizes offered herein, at its sole discretion.
12.  Peugeot South Africa reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time.
13. For the purposes of the Peugeot 107 competition, Peugeot South Africa is desirous of publishing the prize winner's identity and photograph in printed and online media, as well as  on radio and television, when accepting their prize(s) . The prize winner is entitled to decline to have their identity and/or picture published.
14. Peugeot South Africa retains the right to delay the timing of the publication of the winners of the competition.
15. The decision of Peugeot South Africa is final and Peugeot South Africa shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.
16. 1)      These are the rules for the entrance to the Baby Expo competition ("Rules").
Prizes
Prizes: Tickets to the Baby Expo. The first 12 emails sent will entitle the winner to receive admittance for two persons to the Baby Expo at the to be held at ICC Cape Town Exhibition Centre, Cape Town from 14th to 16th  October 2011 for one entrance only. Tickets for the Baby Expo will be given by Peugeot Citroën South Africa (Proprietary) Limited ("Peugeot South Africa") to any 3008 or 5008 customers that resides in Cape Town that has emailed their response to the emailer sent on the 21st September 2011 .
2)      The competition will begin on 22 September 2011 and will close at 12h00 on 30th September 2011.
