06 07 2010The Ambassador of Peugeot Slovenia wins the Race Across America

The RAAM, the longest endurance cycling race in the world, has taken place every year for the last 25 ans. The course is 4,800 kilometres long, starting on the West coast of the United States and finishing on the East coast.
Usually, half of the participants do not finish the race, due to the heat, exhaustion or physical injuries.
Peugeot Slovenia is therefore particularly proud of Jure Robic's victory, the winner of the 2010 RAAM and Peugeot's Ambassador in Slovenia.
Jure has already won this competition on 4 previous occasions and now joins the Hall of Fame with this fifth success. This year, he cycled the 4,800 kilometres in a single stage lasting 9 days, 1 hour and 1 minute.
Jure Robic, an elite athlete, has been Peugeot's Ambassador in Slovenia for 6 years and promotes the Brand's dynamism and dedication to sport.
