03 12 20093008 Wins Another Award
The 3008 has just won the title "Continental Irish Car of the Year".
The prize, created in 1979, is awarded by the 27 specialist journalists of the Irish Motoring Writers Association.
It is awarded annually to five new models, in 5 classes (small, family, SUV, MPV, sport/luxury) among all the new cars sold in Ireland before the end of October.
All the competitors are also vying for the ultimate title.
The 3008, victorious in the SUV category, also took the overall title.
With 239 points, it was well ahead of the Mercedes E-Class (199), the Kia Soul (198), the Honda Jazz (169), the VW Golf (165)...
It is the 1st time that Peugeot has won this prize.
