01 11 2007New Peugeot Premises
Peugeot Motors SA’s commitment to fulfilling customer expectations is underlined by the recent move to a huge new parts warehouse. The 8 000 m2 space is more than three times the size of the current facility.
With 16m parts already in stock and the number of Peugeots on SA’s roads growing steadily, it is clear that more space was needed. Boasting a fully operational training centre — to be used not only by SA dealers but also by their counterparts in Southern and East Africa — is also part of this ambitious move.
It will also be used to ease one of Peugeot’s other challenges; like every other motor company in SA, it is short of qualified service technicians. Furthermore, the company has also invested in a robust customer call centre. So, with enough room to run a tight a ship, and a 73 strong full-time work force, it’s sure to bolster Peugeot’s commitment to, and confidence in, the SA market.
