1 March 2011 - bizhub’s Catherine Williamson and Nicci Grobler claimed victory in the open woman's category of Knysna's newest cycling tour, the Cannondale 300. Second place was taken by Andrea van Holdt and Hilana Marais.

The Cannondale 300 is billed at the toughest mountain bike race in Knysna; this is not a claim to be taken lightly as the area was the originator of the famous Cape Epic stage race.
The event ran from the 25th to the 27th of February, taking in a total of 275 kilometres in what can only be described as some of the most testing and scenic mountain bike routes in South Africa.
The event is set to grow from strength to strength over coming years with the full support of Knysna Tourism.
British rider Catherine was impressed by the beauty of the area "the scenery was spectacular and despite my sore legs I truly enjoyed the 3 day tour. It was also great preparation for the Epic".
Nicci Grobler impressed many with her gutsy ride, having only switched from athletics to mountain biking less than a year ago.
Nicci was first spotted by bizhub's manager Robertson at one of the MTN Series half marathon's in 2010, "Nicci Is fast developing into one of the country's top MTB Marathon riders" said Robertson of his new protégé  "she's a born athlete and I think it's important for cycling to be scouting for new talent from other sporting disciplines".
