28 10 2010Peugeot records a surge in its sales in China (+30%) beating its record
Compared to the same period in 2009, and following the launch of the Peugeot 408, at end September 2010, Peugeot recorded a 30% surge in sales in China.
It is against this backdrop that the Marque is choosing to unveil its EX1 concept for the first time in China and highlight its new identity and challenges in terms of technological innovation and style which place China at the centre of its ambitions.
On 28 and 29 October, in the business district of Beijing, Peugeot is revealing the EX1 concept to an audience of well-known Chinese figures and opinion leaders from the international press. This is the prelude to the attempt on acceleration records by the EX1 due to take place in December in southern China.
For the Marque, it is a chance to take stock of its 200 years of activity with the historian and academic, Jean-Louis Loubet, to talk about its new modernity strategy with Xavier Peugeot, the Marque's Marketing and Communication Director. And finally to focus on its new future challenges in terms of style with Gilles Vidal, Head of Style at Peugeot.
