The Boxer offers two new latest generation HDi Common rail diesel engines that comply with European standards and are fitted with an EOBD for emission control.
HDi common rail
HDi engines have the advantage of a common rail direct injection system which ensures very fine atomisation of the fuel directly into the combustion chamber which enables the mixture to be homogenised while reducing consumption and emissions at source.
