Recycling
For the sake of the environment, a cause dear to the Peugeot brand, the design and choice of materials used in the manufacture of the Expert Tepee are in line with the European directives on recycling.
The results of Peugeot's commitment
For many years, Peugeot has been an innovator when it comes to thinking of the future. Since 2007, Peugeot has taken things to the next level by endeavouring to qualify its commitment towards future generations as part of the "Blue Lion®" initiative. • Since the year 2000, Peugeot has sold almost 2,000,000 private vehicles equipped with a FAP (Particle Filter). • In 2008, Peugeot strengthened its position as the European* leader in the segment of vehicles emitting less than 120g of CO2/km with a 15.4 % market share. Therefore, in 2008, one car in every 6 cars sold in Europe*, and emitting less than 120g of CO2/km, was a Peugeot. • All of the brand’s vehicles are built in factories with ISO 14001 certification and are designed to be 95% recyclable at the end of life. *Europe 14 countries - source A.A.A – March 2009.
